Shape the future of telecommunications as a Software Engineer (m/f/d) in our transformation project, which migrates our application landscape to state-of-the-art Microservices and cloud-based architecture. You will support configuring, extending, and developing adapters for interaction with other systems for the Hansen-based standard software for Order Management and Portfolio Inventory. As a developer with a strong focus on DevOps, your main expertise lies in the development area. You orchestrate all orders from Telefónica customers and ensure smooth coordination between various stakeholders and systems.

What to expect:

• #Order Management : Independent conception and (further) development of software within agile development teams in the area of Order Management and Portfolio Inventory.
• #Solution Delivery : Independent determination of technical solutions together with architects and domain experts for back-end systems in the mass market segment (e.g., B2C).
• #DevOps : Technical expert for the development team on topics related to programming, application architecture, development process, test automation, and CI/CD, as well as within DevOps for optimizing operations.
• #Quality Management : Continuous monitoring of success and management of external service providers based on KPIs and reviews. You analyze root causes of problems and derive measures to optimize the operation and further development of IT applications by optimizing work methods and practices.
• #IT Architecture : Support in ensuring compliance with application and architecture standards for development, configuration, design, and interfaces.

What you bring:

• You have completed university or technical college studies or a comparable completed education, ideally in computer science.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in agile software development (experience in the telecommunications sector is desirable).
• Experience with applications in the area of Order Management and Portfolio Inventory ( #Hansen #Sigma #OrderManagement and Portfolio or similar), #AWS Cloud , and general experience with #OOTB or #COTS software products are advantageous for this position.
• Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of software development, DevOps, #CI/CD , software architecture, as well as in system administration and operating applications.
• Comprehensive practical programming skills in #Java , experience with #BPNM as well as #Container/Kubernetes , #PostgreSQL , and #MongoDB are among your abilities.
• You have very good language skills in #German (at least C1) and #English , both written and spoken.
