Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Engineering at the Requirements Baseline (RB) level
• Performing Software Architecture, Design, and Development
• Developing and executing Software Unit Tests, Software Integration Tests, and Software Validation Tests (TS & RB level, where applicable)
• Conducting Software Verification activities, such as Static Software Analysis
• Documenting all aforementioned tasks
• Assisting the Scrum Master and Product Owner in work planning and progress reporting for projects
• Providing technical coordination of software subcontractors, including managing milestones and conducting acceptance reviews alongside the Technical Supply Manager (TSM)
• Supporting the definition, development, and maintenance of processes, tools, facilities, and technologies within the department’s scope
• Performing other reasonable and equivalent activities based on existing knowledge and skills, either temporarily or permanently

Your Qualifications:

• Completed studies in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
• Strong technical software engineering skills
• Solid methodological competence in applying the V-Model
• Specialization in a specific area is possible (e.g., Software V&V, Design & Development)
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of relevant software and software-related ECSS standards
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
