As a Software Engineer II, you're going to be part of a Berlin-based international team focused on improving the performance, features, and design of our core product for healthcare professionals, the Booking Management System (BMS).

Our growth has been driven by pragmatism and avoiding premature optimization. To scale further, performance is now a priority, and we are re-architecting key features and services, including our availability service, to optimize our stack and architecture patterns.

What you’ll do

• Improve user experience through new features and design updates, maintaining high code quality;
• Lead roadmap delivery with the team;
• Help establish a technical vision and co-create the roadmap for upcoming quarters;
• Bring your expertise to improve our workflows.

Who you are
