Software Engineer - Frontend (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You create intuitive and engaging web applications with TypeScript and Vue that make complex AI technologies easily accessible.
• You design and implement efficient and scalable front-end architectures for the annotation and for the training of AI models.
• You develop reusable components and modules in Vue.
• You work closely with our UX/UI designers to create outstanding user experiences.
• You integrate RESTful APIs and microservices into our frontend applications, which you design in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• You ensure the performance, stability, and security of our applications through automated testing and modern CI/CD practices.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stacks.
• You actively shape our frontend strategy and architecture.
• You work in agile teams according to Scrum and Kanban.

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in frontend development with modern JS libraries and frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
• You have sound knowledge in the development of web applications and modern frontend technologies.
• You have a degree in computer science, media informatics, software engineering, or a related course of study; a focus on software development is an advantage.
• You have experience with frontend development patterns and methodologies as well as the integration of best practices in software engineering.
• You test your code; experience with frameworks such as Playwright and Cypress is a plus.
• You have knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility; design skills and a flair for user experience round off your profile.
• You have experience with RESTful APIs and the integration of backend services.
• You are familiar with modern build tools and development environments (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
• You are a team player with an innovative spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You work very independently.
• You are fluent in English.
