About This Opportunity

Join our innovative Test System Development team, a vital part of our R&D organization. We are responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge test systems used globally in R&D and Production. These systems are crucial in delivering state-of-the-art products. We are looking to bolster our team with a skilled software development engineer who thrives in a Lean and Agile environment. Our cross-functional development teams focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

  1. Develop and maintain our globally used test software in C++, including controlling high-frequency measuring devices via GPIB, LAN, and USB, and storing measurement results in databases for future evaluations.
  2. Implement new features and integrate new product types into existing software
  3. Provide support and troubleshoot issues as needed for our legacy software
  4. Develop new software to interface with emerging test hardware
  5. Enhance our DevOps processes to reduce development time and improve the software lifecycle
  6. Continuously analyze requirements and perform necessary adjustments
  7. Drive product and process improvements
  8. Participate in occasional business trips (1-2 times a year)
  9. Bachelor's or master's degree in Informatics, Electronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Radio Frequency Technology, or related field
  10. Years of experience in software development is a benefit
  11. Proficiency in C++ programming languages, knowledge in C# would be beneficial
  12. Experience with DevOps practices, GitLab, pipeline handling, and CI/CD
  13. Basic understanding of radio frequency technology is a plus
  14. Experience in product development and lifecycle management
  15. Team collaboration skills, with high social competence
  16. Excellent organizational, time management, and stakeholder management abilities
  17. Structured, result-oriented work approach
  18. Proficiency in written and spoken English
  19. German language skills are a plus
