Software Engineer for Incubator in Amsterdam

Are you an entrepreneur at heart and eager to join a startup from its inception? We have been invited to pitch at Europe's largest startup incubator, Startupbootcamp (Amsterdam). For more information, visit startupbootcamp.org. We are looking to add 2 more co-founders to our team.

Our startup is The Startup Factory. The core idea is simple: produce and launch one startup each month. Our first company, MedScribe (medscribe.io), offers AI-based medical transcription services for healthcare professionals. Our goal is to emulate Y-Combinator's success but with a different business model focused on vertical integration—covering ideation, development, launch, and ownership of startups.

The incubator begins in early September. All startups receive seed funding of €25,000. Additionally, at Investor Day (the culmination of the three-month program where startups pitch to investors), the average funding raised is around €1.7 million. The program aims to support the launch of three startups within this period. It is a hybrid program, with the exception of Intro Week and Investor Day.

Post-incubation, we plan to establish the startup's headquarters in Amsterdam, Berlin, or Dubai, with the final location to be decided.

During the program, up to Investor Day, there will be no salaries for co-founders.
