We are looking for you! We offer a full-time position (40h/week) in one of our locations in Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig, or Munich. The role offers the possibility of working several days remotely.

Your Mission

• Maintain and develop our technology stack, mainly in .NET, with clean, well-documented code.
• Manage the deployment lifecycle with automation tools like Jenkins.
• Lead modernization efforts, including containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Ensure application health and performance using Elasticsearch observability tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support for DevOps practices.
• Participate in internal engineering communities and cross-functional groups.
• Contribute to code quality and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Support team building, conflict resolution, and people development activities.

Your Experience and Education

• Degree in computer science, engineering, sciences, or related field.
• Experience in automation, deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, Jenkins.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
• Proven leadership potential through problem-solving and collaboration.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
