We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Green Button Go team. You will develop and deploy software for laboratory automation, working with cutting-edge scheduling software, robotics, instrument drivers, big data, and analytics. A passion for quality coding and problem-solving is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete larger tasks and features independently.
2. Review and improve team members' code promptly and effectively.
3. Ensure technical correctness and code quality (readability, etc.).
4. Test your changes and assist in validating others' work.
5. Write unit tests where appropriate.
6. Provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Biology, Bioengineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C# or similar object-oriented languages.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus.
