Emerson Test and Measurement is looking for a Software Engineer with a passion for C# and UI/UX, to help modernize and optimize our existing software products. In this role, you will be part of a team working on large-scale automation software and a broad tech stack! Integrating and extending products into solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop desktop C# / core applications by implementing new features and improving existing ones.
• Lead initiatives to improve User Experience and workflows.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that projects meet user expectations, performance, and reliability standards.

Who You Are: You continually scan the environment for technology breakthroughs. You facilitate open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You have a passion for efficient UX and workflows, as well as for software, driving test, and automation to the next level.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field like computer science and 2+ years of experience in software development.
• A deep love and praise for C#.
• A passion for UX and design.
• An ambitious and collaborative approach to thrive and excel within a distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience in WPF.
