At our Augsburg location, well-coordinated teams of software developers, testers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches design the software products of tomorrow. Do what you do best:

• SOLUTIONS FOR OUR CUSTOMER You design, develop, test, and maintain product features (not project-based) for our core product, the baramundi Management Suite, in a self-organized Scrum team.
• CHALLENGE ACCEPTED You and your team handle problem analysis and actively contribute your creative solutions for the baramundi Management Suite.
• AUTOMATION FIRST You bring your solid knowledge in pipeline/test automation and ensure our processes are efficient and scalable.
• SECURITY BY DESIGN You are passionate about security and secure software development. You have experience with cryptographic methods, techniques like Threat Modeling, and care about code security.
• BUILD TEAMS You have the opportunity to shape the product in close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• SHARE SUCCESS You present your experiences and work results within the team and across departments.

What we appreciate about you:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or a similar field.
• Several years of professional experience in object-oriented software development in C++/C#.
• Development skills under Windows and familiarity with common network technologies and relational databases.
• You care about application security, and processes like “Threat Modeling” are not foreign to you.
• Experience with MS SQL databases and OR mappers, as well as database optimization.
• Experience in agile software development (agile methodology, unit testing, etc.).
• Experience in test automation and the use of test automation tools.
• Development skills with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
• Knowledge in client management or system administration is a plus.
• High level of abstraction, strong analytical skills, and enthusiasm for new topics and technologies.
• Very good English skills.
