As a young, dynamic SaaS startup founded in Düsseldorf with a remote-first mindset, we believe in working hard and having fun. You will work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to all parts of our technology stack and frequent interactions with customers and partners. This role will involve direct collaboration with our CTO, Lennart Svensson, and the wider founding team.

Maesn is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will work on all parts of our tech stack, help develop our internal platform, and address infrastructure challenges as we scale. Your work will be high-value and high-impact, creating software for other software companies.

Tasks

What you will do :

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable architecture and code crucial for our customers' daily operations, with a focus on developer experience.
• Produce high-quality, production-ready, maintainable code, tests, and documentation.
• Participate in roadmapping, architecture, and planning discussions.
• Support and unblock your team members.
• Work directly with our customers' engineers to onboard them, enable their development, and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have :

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience configuring, deploying, and operating cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of integration technologies: OAuth, REST, SOAP, GraphQL, XML-based APIs, etc.
• Ability to own the planning, design, and implementation of entire features.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure, with flexibility for overtime and challenging hours when needed.
• Most importantly, a team player, highly motivated, quick learner, adaptable, and thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
