Job summary

Hyra is seeking an experienced software specialist to join its healthcare technology team. You’ll work across the full stack to build cloud-native services that integrate AI into a broad SaaS portfolio for medical workflows.

You’ll collaborate with product and architecture teams, implement AI features with LLMs and AI pipelines, and help ensure reliability, security, and developer productivity in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level full-stack engineering experience with React, Angular, Java Spring Boot or Python.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to implement AI tools in software engineering including LLM SDKs and AI pipelines.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English with proactive problem-solving.

What we’re looking for

• Extensive senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with deep knowledge of React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
• A graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong academic record.
• Practical experience with technologies such as Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to implement AI tools in software engineering, including experience with LLM SDKs and AI pipeline design.
