Your Role

As a Software Development Manager, you’ll oversee cross-functional development teams, drive agile best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You’ll act as a mentor, a strategist, and a champion for technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers (backend, frontend, DevOps).

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and Design teams to align on technical goals and priorities.

• Foster an agile, innovative, and performance-driven engineering culture.

• Own technical decision-making and help scale systems and processes.

• Drive recruitment and talent development within the engineering department.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

• Strong background in software architecture, system design, and modern development frameworks.

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Proven ability to manage agile teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
