Employer will allow remote/telecommuting throughout the US.
Travel
1 week per month to facilities within the MSA.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related.
Job Duties
Research, design, and develop computer and network software and specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software and enhance existing software capabilities. Design, development and support of software applications that form the equipment control system telemetry products and services. Software elements and platforms shall include embedded products, cloud-based back-end APIs, locally hosted backend
APIs and front-end web applications. Develop documentation describing the software requirements and system architectures. Develop training and end user documentation, where applicable. Provide internal and external support where necessary to ensure the smooth implementation and correct functioning of the telemetry systems and software elements. Work closely with company management for the strategic planning of the company’s telemetry products and services.
