Are you seeking a new challenge in a secure industry with significant social relevance? We are looking for a Software Developer – Qt/C++ (m/f/d) to join our development team in Heidelberg immediately.

• Design and develop user interfaces with Qt Widgets and QML: Create modern, user-friendly interfaces supporting complex workflows.
• Contribute to software architecture: Help develop a modular, scalable, and maintainable software structure in collaboration with senior developers.
• Implement technical requirements: Convert product and user needs into reliable, efficient, and testable software solutions.
• Collaborate with team members: Exchange ideas with developers to ensure high-quality code and consistent practices.
• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance: Engage in reviews, develop automated tests, and enhance development standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders: Regularly communicate with product owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Experience: 5+ years in frontend development with Qt5 and C++, with a proven record in complex UI software systems.
• Strong engineering skills: Good understanding of design principles, clean code, and maintainable architecture.
• Testing experience: Skilled in designing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, system).
• Tools proficiency: Experienced with GitLab, CMake, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication skills: Able to clearly communicate technical topics and work effectively in teams.
• Language skills: Fluent in English; basic German knowledge is a plus.
• Work approach: Structured, independent, and quality-focused.
