Software Developer .NET (m/f/d)

Cross-location project coordination for our location in Vreden.

YOUR TASKS

1. Technical and personnel management of a development team in Hanoi, Vietnam.
2. Management, planning, and coordination of software development projects.
3. Ensuring code quality, modern software architectures, and efficient development processes.
4. Gathering and analyzing software user requirements in collaboration with the respective specialist departments.
5. Planning and development of a modern system architecture.
6. Promotion and further development of the team, including mentoring and know-how transfer.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Several years of experience in software development with C#/.NET.
2. Ideally initial experience in leading or managing a team.
3. Sound knowledge of modern software architectures, technologies, and development processes.
4. Experience with Blazor, WebAPI, and MS SQL is an advantage.
5. Good written and spoken English skills.
6. Intercultural competence and enjoyment working with international teams.
7. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
