Your tasks

• Design, develop, and implement intelligent bots

• Integrate AI and NLP components into web or messaging platforms

• Apply and fine-tune language models (e.g., GPT)

• Develop backends and APIs to connect with existing systems

• Independently plan and deliver features and projects

• Ensure quality, conduct testing, and continuously improve solutions

Your skillset

• Strong Python skills (ideally also JavaScript or Node.js)

• Experience with NLP and machine learning (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face, scikit-learn)

• Hands-on experience with bot frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern web development

• Confident working with Git and basic DevOps workflows

• Self-organized and structured way of working – you're proactive and solution-focused

• German skills not required, but strong English skills are essential

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• UX knowledge for conversational design

• Interest in ethical aspects of AI (transparency, fairness, data privacy)
