Zusammenfassung

OEE is seeking a software engineer to contribute to a cloud-based platform used in customers' production facilities. You will work on backend and frontend interfaces, connect machines and ERP/MES systems, and help roll out new features with code reviews and automated tests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of software development experience, a CS degree or equivalent, and proficiency in modern web and backend technologies, databases, version control, and CI/CD.

Jobbeschreibung

• Developing and enhancing our cloud-based OEE platform - from the backend and APIs to the interfaces used daily in our customers' production facilities.
• Connecting machines and third-party systems via interfaces such as OPC UA, MQTT, and ERP/MES systems, in close coordination with the Customer Success team.
• Implementing new features from technical design and implementation to rollout, including code reviews and automated testing.
• Analyzing and resolving issues during live operations, as well as optimizing performance and stability as data volumes grow.
• Advancing our architecture and development processes by actively shaping technology decisions and challenging the status quo.

Your profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in software development (experience with cloud-based or data-intensive applications is a plus).
• A completed degree in computer science or equivalent training in a relevant field (e.g. business informatics, software engineering).
• Proficiency in modern web and backend technologies as well as databases, version control, and CI/CD.
• Structured, independent and team-oriented approach to work in a dynamic startup environment.
• Passion for production topics and digital solutions as well as good proficiency in German and English.
