Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektro- oder gleichwertigem Fachbereich.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT/Informationssystemen.
• Grundverständnis von Software-Design-Prinzipien, Mustern und Systemprogrammierung.
• Interesse an plattformübergreifender Entwicklung und verteilten Systemen.
• Grundkenntnisse in C++ mit modernen C++-Standards.
• Kenntnisse in Scrum/Kanban wünschenswert.
• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Software Developer (m/f/d) for Test Frameworks Frontend Services in Manching.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software for test- and simulation framework (TSF) in C++
• Software development of TSF Graphical User Interface (GUI) elements
• Simulation, design, implementation and development tests (unit tests) as well as code reviews
• Apply state-of-the‑art technologies and techniques
• Contribute actively to virtual engineering (mixed environment of simulations and real HW)
• 2nd Level rig support for the test support system AIDASS / MaTE as well as simulation framework SI²
• Customer support in application development and system testing
• Participation in the continuous improvement process
• Support SW teams concerning concepts and technologies

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in IT / Information Systems
• Basic understanding of software design principles, patterns, and system programming concepts is required
• Interest in cross‑platform development and learning about distributed systems is needed
• Basic programming skills in C++, with some exposure to modern C++ standards is required
• Awareness of agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git should be available
• Initial experience with or willingness to learn frameworks such as Qt, MFC, or Eclipse RCP should be brought
• Fluent English and German skills spoken and written
