Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation seeks an Embedded Software Engineer in Manching to architect, implement, integrate and test safety-critical platform software in an agile team. You will drive low-level development, BSP adaptation, and hardware-software integration for ARINC 653-based systems.

Requirements include a solid background in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering, several years in embedded software, DO-178C and ARINC 653, and familiarity with tools like Lauterbach, DOORS and Python.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in Embedded Software Development.
• Expertise with safety-critical standards (e.g. DO-178C), Real-Time Operating Systems (e.g. ARINC 653), and Integrated Modular Avionics (e.g. DO-297).
• Knowledge of Virtual Engineering concepts, SCADE, or automated model-based code generation tools.
• Good skills in low-level development, certification processes, and tools such as Lauterbach Trace, Rulechecker, DOORS and Python.
• Skills in agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
• Fluent English skills spoken and written; German skills advantageous.

• Author key lifecycle artifacts (PSAC, SDP, SVP) and maintain 100% bidirectional requirement traceability.
• Define and execute end-to-end operational test scenarios utilizing physical Multisystem Integration Test RIGs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, integrate, and test safety-critical platform software using C within an agile team
