First and foremost, you should know that software development at Conundra is a group activity. Each team member contributes to the group dynamic and shared knowledge in their unique way.

Your mission is to help companies transport less air by using our software! Do not be fooled; it's more complex than it looks: various factors different for each client influence this puzzle. Together, you will build and maintain our cloud-based software OptiFlow. You will do this by challenging each other sprint after sprint to write high-quality code, without compromising its overall operation at the customer's site, because after all, packages need to be delivered every day. Even when you're not always at the keyboard, your input is valued and appreciated. Therefore, every feature results from team effort, analysis, consideration of alternatives, and continuous integration. We learn from failures and strive for best practices! You are always welcome in our modern office in calm Oosterzele or to work from our virtual office.

• You have some experience in software development and want to further develop your skills in this area.
