We work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with backend and frontend developers, testers, subject matter specialists, and product owners to create impactful financial technology.

What you can expect :

• Develop & Optimize : Implement new features that enhance the user experience while ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Code Review & Collaboration : Review and provide feedback on code written by other backend developers.
• Monitor & Improve : Analyze service health metrics, debug applications, and optimize performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product owners, designers, and QA to maintain a high-quality product.
• End-to-End Development : Own and lead feature development from ideation to deployment, monitoring its performance using user data and feedback.
• API & Documentation : Create, maintain, and review RFCs and API documentation to ensure seamless communication between teams.

Your profile

• Experience : Hands-on experience with backend technologies (PHP, Java, C#, Python), with PHP 8, Symfony, and MySQL being advantageous.
• System Design Expertise : Experience designing robust and scalable systems.
• CI / CD & Deployment : Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Observability & Monitoring : Experience with monitoring tools and best practices.
• API Development : Deep understanding of API management, including monitoring, versioning, and security.
• Cloud & Infrastructure : Proficiency in distributed systems, cloud computing, and infrastructure management.
• Testing & Debugging : Expertise in unit testing, load testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Analytical Thinking : Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and optimize system performance.
• Strong Communicator : Fluent in English (German is a plus) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
