A software consulting firm in Berlin is seeking a software developer to help modernize their enterprise software solution. You will have the opportunity to work on dismantling a monolith into modules and developing new functionalities. Candidates should have experience with modern C++ and knowledge of enterprise software architectures. The role offers flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
We are looking for reinforcements to modernize our enterprise software solution. You will help to bring the software architecture up to the state of the art – that is, to dismantle a monolith into modules and to extract functional interfaces. In addition, you develop new functionalities for our customers. The project is still in its infancy, so that you have maximum opportunities here to contribute ideas and realize your skills. At the start, you will work in a team of three. The rest of the software developers concentrate on the Classic variant or develop our app further, but they will provide support with all available means. We value high code quality with regular code reviews and work collaboratively in a team. The software team meets every two weeks and discusses how we can get even better.
For the project, it is best if you have experience in software development with modern C ++ (C ++ 11/14/17) and in enterprise software architectures. Knowledge of .NET software development is also an advantage.
