What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Software Developer C++ to help us create our cross-platform middleware framework for application development. This innovative tool will be used by our developers worldwide. As our expert, you will be responsible for:
- Porting existing C++ functionalities into other programming languages efficiently and maintainably
- Contributing to the development, evolution, and innovation of AnyDesk’s software frameworks
- Evaluating and improving the performance of the cross-platform framework
- Establishing standards, guidelines, and providing training/support to other developers
- Collaborating with team members to meet their needs and requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Strong listening, logical reasoning, follow-through, and communication skills
- Collaborative and easy to work with
- Sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Experience in C++, with knowledge of computer architecture and networks
- Passion for learning new technologies and innovative solutions
- Proven software development skills, either professionally or privately
- Reliable, independent, and accurate in work
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in Java, Android, Kotlin, Swift, Obj-C
- Strong software architecture and interface design skills
- Debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing skills
- Initiative-taking in dynamic environments
- Experience deploying real-world software projects
- Mentoring or training other developers
- Maintaining side projects (e.g., on GitHub)
