Responsibilities

• You will advise customers and prospects on the use of Marketing Cloud systems, such as Salesforce or Selligent.
• You proactively support technical implementation on systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent or Emarsys.
• You are responsible for configuring and optimizing our customers' Marketing Cloud systems.
• You will participate in the preparation and implementation of customer meetings and workshops, as well as marketing and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in a comparable field is more important to us than a completed degree.
• You have experience with Marketing Cloud systems and/or experience in integrating eCommerce systems.
• You have knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM and ideally have already acquired the "Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant" certificate.
• HTML knowledge as well as basic knowledge of Java, JSP or PHP, as well as experience in Pardot, Datorama or the Interaction Studio are desirable.
• You have practical experience with database systems (SQL).
• You have the ability to present complex facts in writing and orally in a comprehensible way.
• Your very high reliability and exact way of working characterize you, as well as the ability to pragmatically and quickly support potential customizations.
