Job Description

Software Architect - Information Security

Location: Munich

Our client is seeking a Software Architect - Information Security to design and implement secure software solutions, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. This role involves integrating security best practices into the software development lifecycle, conducting risk assessments, and enhancing security protocols to prevent cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement secure software solutions to protect data and systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security measures throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Conduct threat analyses, risk assessments, and evaluate penetration tests and vulnerability scans.
• Implement security protocols such as X.509, TLS, OAuth 2.0, and VPNs to mitigate cyber risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security architecture and strategy.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in software development with a strong security focus.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET; experience with .NET Framework, C++, MFC, and C++/CLI is advantageous.
• Familiarity with security technologies and best practices.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus.
