Job Description:

You will be part of our software team for planning and implementation of dispatching systems for police, fire department, rescue services, and industrial security.

Your responsibilities include analysis, specification, configuration, installation, testing, acceptance, and commissioning of our software solutions, including on-site at customer locations.

You will prepare and conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers.

You will act as an interface between our customers and our development, support, and project management teams.

Qualifications include a completed technical (university) degree (e.g., in geoinformatics, computer science, information technology, or surveying) or equivalent.

You should have good knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.

You should possess strong IT skills in Microsoft operating systems, servers, and software architecture.

You should have a deep understanding of web technologies.

Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially Java or .Net, is required.

Knowledge of geodata processing systems is a plus but not mandatory.

Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are required.

You should be willing to undertake occasional business trips.
