SOFTGAMES is seeking a hands-on Senior QA Manager to own quality for our mobile puzzle games. You will lead test planning, automation, and release readiness across live ops, working with developers, product managers, and external QA partners.

You’ll define scalable QA processes, monitor live performance, and drive regression testing, ensuring smooth global launches while championing a quality-first mindset across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile and web/instant game QA experience.
• Experience with live ops F2P titles.
• Hands-on with IAP flows, ad mediation, ATT/consent, attribution SDKs.
• Experience with QA automation and Unity games.
• Experience with crash reporting and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality releases via test planning, execution, regression testing.
• Define QA coverage for devices, OS versions, store builds, SDKs, ads, IAPs, analytics.
• Identify and report issues with clear bug reports.
• Drive automation and improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and external QA partners.
• Monitor live quality, investigate crashes, ANRs, performance issues.
• Provide release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations.
• Maintain test docs, release reports, and changelogs in Jira/Confluence.
