We’re looking for a Growth Lead to drive engagement, build strong relationships, manage socials and develop innovative strategies that amplify consumer products and foster a vibrant, connected community around it.

The Growth Lead will play a pivotal role in distributing unforgettable.app to communities, growing awareness across different geographical regions, and driving app sign-ups as the primary KPI.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of developing and executing social media and growth strategies, creating campaigns that bring our vision to life and resonate with our community. You’ll have the creative freedom to experiment and innovate, all while staying aligned with our existing framework.

• Develop and execute social and community strategies that reflect Rarimo’s values and long-term goals, ensuring RariMe becomes a household name in the Web3 space.
• Build and nurture relationships with community members, influencers, and partners to foster engagement and growth.Distribute unforgettable by driving targeted campaigns within Web3 communities, partnerships, and influencers.
• Analyze social media metrics and community feedback to continuously improve strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring fresh and relevant content is posted regularly across all social media channels (Discord, Twitter, etc).
• Launch and manage A/B tests, refine strategies based on data, and pivot quickly to maximize results.
