This role is in the Marketing Communications department. You are responsible for end consumer activation and communication mainly via own channels.

You will:

  1. Activate Sony campaigns on own channels.
  2. Lead, plan, create, activate, evaluate, and optimize organic activations on Sony's social media channels (FB, IG, YT, Twitter).
  3. Develop social media accounts further, focusing on customer engagement through influencer activations (IGC) and guiding consumers deeper via social media shopping tools linked to D2C.
  4. Analyze and allocate marketing budget for social channels, including push and influencer marketing campaigns.
  5. Review data reports and derive insights for future strategies based on social customer data.
  6. Manage A&P budget for own projects.

You will have:

  • A university degree (BA or MA) or completed vocational training.
  • Strong willingness and ability to quickly learn new responsibilities.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills (PDCA, social listening).
  • Data literacy to connect KPI results and customer insights with business strategy.
  • High flexibility to adapt to fast-changing business environments, work under pressure, and deliver quality results.
  • A proactive, customer-oriented approach.
  • Results-oriented and efficient work style.
  • Basic knowledge of product marketing.
  • Understanding of marketing communication and branding.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a social media-related role, preferably in consumer electronics.
  • Languages: German (native), English (business fluent).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
