Jobbeschreibung

This role is in the Marketing Communications department. You are responsible for end consumer activation and communication mainly via own channels.

You will:

1. Activate Sony campaigns on own channels.
2. Lead, plan, create, activate, evaluate, and optimize organic activations on Sony's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter).
3. Develop social media accounts to the next level, focusing on customer engagement through influencer activations (IGC) and steering consumers deeper through the funnel (establish social media shopping tools, link to D2C).
4. Analyze and invest marketing budget for social channels (push & influencer marketing campaigns).
5. Analyze data reporting and draw conclusions for future strategies from social data.
6. Manage A&P budget governance for own projects.

You will have:

1. University degree (BA or MA) or completed vocational training.
2. Strong willingness and ability to quickly learn new responsibilities.
3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to convince internal and external stakeholders.
4. Analytical competence (PDCA method, social listening skills).
5. Data literacy to connect MarCom KPI results and customer insights to business strategies.
6. High flexibility to adapt to fast-changing business situations, work under pressure, and deliver quality results.
7. Proactive and customer-oriented approach.
8. Results-oriented and efficient work style.
9. Basic knowledge of product marketing.
10. Good understanding of marketing communication and branding.
11. At least 2 years of experience in a social media-related role, ideally in consumer electronics.
12. Languages: German (native level), English (business fluent).
13. Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
