Client Services Agent (w/m) Social Media in Italian language

Your Responsibilities:

• Support and expand your customer’s self-serve advertising customer base by providing solutions.
• Manage inquiries via back office activities such as chat, email, and social media messenger.

Your Skills:

• Fluent in Italian (verbal and written).
• Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
• Familiar with e-commerce.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fast learner.
• Residence in Germany with Anmeldung document (mandatory).
• Ability to provide background checks, including education certificates, employment certificates, and references.
