We are hiring a Client Services Agent (w/m) for Social Media in Italian language.

Your Job

• You will develop solutions to support and expand your customer’s self-serve advertising base.
• You can manage various inquiries via back office activities such as chat, email, and social media messenger.

Your Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian (verbal and written).
• Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
• Familiarity with e-commerce.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fast learner and diligent worker.
• Residence in Germany with valid Anmeldung document (mandatory).
• Ability to provide background checks (education certificates, employment references).
