We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager (w/m/d) to join our team at karriere tutor, either full-time or part-time, with remote work options. If you love social media, engaging communities on platforms like Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and others, and have experience creating content and campaigns, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to attract learners to our continuing education offerings.
  2. Selecting appropriate social media channels for our target audience and ensuring consistent brand presence across all platforms.
  3. Analyzing key metrics and deriving recommendations for ongoing optimization of social media activities.
  4. Creating editorial plans and developing cross-channel content, including texts, images, and videos, utilizing AI tools when possible.
  5. Managing and moderating social media channels, responding promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages.
  6. Contributing to the design of our online presence.

Qualifications include:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience as a social media manager, preferably in the education sector.
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic and video editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media management tools like Hootsuite.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and comfortable with MS Office.
  • Creative, proactive, and a team player.
