The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Bilingual Social Media Manager to take charge of our TikTok and Instagram accounts for our Party Games Apps (such as Party Roulette and Delirium) with a strong focus on execution and fast-paced content testing.

This role is less about building a perfect long-term strategy and more about rapid experimentation, testing what works, and doubling down fast. You’ll spend most of your time in action: analyzing trends, replicating viral formats, and pumping out scalable content that we can produce 100% in-house, without relying on external resources.

Your Missions

• Execute and test: Launch multiple social media content ideas each week based on current trends and competitor analysis. Speed over perfection.
• Trend scouting: Stay on top of TikTok & Instagram trends. Spot what’s buzzing and replicate it fast in our tone and style.
• Content creation: Craft short-form videos, images, and memes; mostly using tools like CapCut and Canva. Focus on easy-to-produce, repeatable formats.
• Engagement & community: Increase interaction with our audience through stories, comments, DMs, polls, and more.
• Analytics & learnings: Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and use insights to adapt and improve.
• Stay current: Keep up with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging AI tools to stay ahead of the curve.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Experience in managing TikTok & Instagram accounts. (Portfolio's required)
• Fluent in English as well as French/ OR Spanish/German.
• Obsessed with social media trends and content performance.
• CapCut pro + confident video editing skills.
• Confident with Canva or other easy-to-use design tools.
• AI-Obssessed: You follow what's happening in the AI x content space.
• Comfortable with reading metrics and making decisions based on performance.
• Reliable, creative, and ready to move fast without overthinking.
