Your Mission

1. Develop and produce creative content for our social media channels — from photos and videos to compelling storytelling.
2. Plan and manage our editorial calendar to ensure content is timely and on point.
3. Design, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns that perform — creatively and data-driven.
4. Identify suitable influencers and brand ambassadors, build strong partnerships, and authentically promote our brand.
5. Plan and oversee content shoots, ensuring SALITOS shines — from concept to execution.
6. Engage with our community, answer questions, inspire, and strengthen our connection with fans.
7. Scout new platforms, trends, and formats to keep our social media strategy ahead of the curve.

Show Us Your Potential!

What should you bring?

1. 2-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
2. Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
3. A keen sense for trends, viral content, and innovative storytelling formats.
4. Experience with social media advertising and performance optimization.
5. Creativity, a hands-on mentality, and a desire to think outside the box.
6. Comfort with appearing on camera and authentically representing our brand.
7. Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and trends.
8. Skills in image and video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
9. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
