We are Aiways, driving the evolution of the automotive industry.

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a Social Media Manager (m/w/d), who will be part of the Marketing Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage all official brand accounts on social media ("aiways.official").
  2. Coordinate and oversee all Aiways European brand social media accounts.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, importers, photographers, influencers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Monitor social media metrics and conduct social listening.
  5. Stay updated on social media trends and techniques, ensuring the company's presence is current.
  6. Develop and adapt a long-term cross-channel social media strategy in collaboration with the agency.
  7. Plan and coordinate content and editorial calendars with the agency.
  8. Create strategies for collaborations and partnerships.
  9. Design, execute, evaluate, and optimize social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  10. Set up and analyze social media boosts, optimizing performance.
  11. Coordinate the creation of assets through external graphic designers, photoshoots, and video productions.
  12. Manage active communities on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  13. Plan and control social media budgets.
  14. Manage social assets across the EU.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant social media management experience.
  2. Proficiency in multiple social media platforms.
  3. Experience with paid media campaigns.
  4. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, performance-oriented mindset.
  5. Flexible, proactive, and agile approach.
  6. Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas.
  7. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Falcon).
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Fluent in English and German.
  10. Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
