About the role

Please note that this position is based in Berlin, with flexible home office/remote work options.

As a Social Media & Influencer Manager at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for managing our Social Media channels & content and empowering our community to become influential voices on Social Media. Your role is crucial in taking our community to the next level.

Your main tasks will include:

• Manage our LinkedIn Founder Accounts – Manage the profiles and the content for them.
• Build Personal Branding Programs Setup and Develop Personal Branding Programs for our community to make them strong voices.
• ️ Create Educational Content – Create infographics, visuals, and carousels that educate our community on our key topics.
• Leverage Existing Content - Coordinate the team to get the most out of the Content we’ve created and repurpose on other channels.
• Analyze and Optimize – Track the performance of our channels and content, create reports , and improve continuously.
• Innovate – Evolve our social media communication to boost our online presence and reputation based on the latest trends.

What we are looking for:

• 2-3 Years in (Educational) Content Creation – Experience in startups is a plus.
• Strong Personal Social Media Presence – Especially on LinkedIn in the last 12+ months.
• Fluency in BOTH German and English – Spoken and written
• Data-Driven – Expert in analyzing KPIs and using tools to optimize performance.
• Creative Mind – Proficient with tools like Canva to create stunning visuals.
• Dynamic and Adaptable – Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Berlin-based – While we work remotely, this role requires being based in Berlin to join local team activities and in-person sessions.
