Your main responsibilities within this team will be:

• Strategic Content Creation: collaborate with the brand teams and our in-house production team to develop innovative social media content that aligns with the personality and aesthetics of our brands. Use your experience to create high-quality content that reflects our brands' identities and aesthetics.
• Content Planning and Management: create and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar, ensuring the timely publication of content on the social channels of essence and Catrice. Analyze and optimize existing content production processes to maximize efficiency and creativity.
• Data Analysis and Optimization: continuously monitor and analyze the performance of content, create detailed reports, and derive well-founded recommendations to optimize our content strategy.
• Trend Analysis and Market Observation: stay updated on social media trends, developments in the beauty industry, and competitor activities to identify and leverage new content opportunities. Delve deeply into pop culture to create content that is authentic and relevant.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: work closely with our brand, influencer, and paid media teams to plan and implement integrated social media campaigns. Take a leading role and ensure all actions are aligned.
• Innovation and Creativity: proactively bring new ideas and creative approaches to our social strategy to drive engagement and growth. Set new impulses and inspire the team with your expertise and vision. Create creative, unconventional, and disruptive video ideas that achieve high engagement rates.

Your profile:

• Relevant Education and Professional Experience: completed studies in marketing, social media, communication, or a comparable field, along with extensive professional experience in social media marketing.
• Expertise in Brand Communication: proven experience in developing and implementing brand communication strategies on relevant social media channels, ideally in the beauty sector.
• Deep Social Media Understanding: excellent knowledge of and strong affinity for relevant social media channels. Understanding the platform's nuances, algorithms, and user base.
• Analytical Skills: strong understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience in analyzing and optimizing performance data.
• Agile Mindset: ability to react flexibly and positively to dynamic situations. Proactive and solution-oriented work style. Creative and disruptive thinking with a deep understanding of pop culture.
• Communication and Collaboration Strengths: excellent communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams. Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Passion for Beauty: strong enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a willingness to continuously stay informed about the latest trends and developments.
