Tasks

  • Planning, coordinating, and publishing content across various social media platforms with a strong focus on engagement, trends, and community dynamics.
  • Developing and adapting digital campaigns into platform-appropriate formats with creative and strategic input.
  • Writing compelling, audience- and platform-specific copy, from sharp captions to longer-form storytelling.
  • Collaborating with creative and design teams to generate ideas, develop content, and ensure visual consistency.
  • Monitoring trends, evaluating content performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Acting as a direct point of contact for clients, providing social media guidance, sharing insights, and driving content decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • A strong interest in digital communication and an understanding of what makes social content effective.
  • Confident writing skills and a good understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of content KPIs and how to use them.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills both internally and in client-facing situations.
  • Solid skills in content tools like Photoshop or similar editing software; experience is an advantage.
  • Curiosity, reliability, and a structured approach to work.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
