Tasks
- Planning, coordinating, and publishing content across various social media platforms with a strong focus on engagement, trends, and community dynamics.
- Developing and adapting digital campaigns into platform-appropriate formats with creative and strategic input.
- Writing compelling, audience- and platform-specific copy, from sharp captions to longer-form storytelling.
- Collaborating with creative and design teams to generate ideas, develop content, and ensure visual consistency.
- Monitoring trends, evaluating content performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Acting as a direct point of contact for clients, providing social media guidance, sharing insights, and driving content decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- A strong interest in digital communication and an understanding of what makes social content effective.
- Confident writing skills and a good understanding of visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of content KPIs and how to use them.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills both internally and in client-facing situations.
- Solid skills in content tools like Photoshop or similar editing software; experience is an advantage.
- Curiosity, reliability, and a structured approach to work.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
