Your Main Duties

• As a Social Media Manager you will lead and manage the global social media presence of Leonardo Hotels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create content and organize content productions
• Support in Influencers collaborations & PR events
• Develop and implement Leonardo Hotels social media strategy
• Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams, cluster marketing managers, influencers, content creators, and external partners
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize based on data and trends, monitor and report of all activities
  

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Two or more years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts
• Deep knowledge of various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
• Experience working with influencers and UGC
• Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns
• Residency in Berlin - position is based at ourLeonardo Hotel Headoffice
• High level of self-organization, creativity and team work
  
  Bonus points for:
• Background in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors
• Familiarity with GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, etc.
• Ability to create engaging social media content in various formats
