We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-drivenSocial Media Managerto lead our brand’s online presence across all major platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, grow our audience, and support our broader marketing and business goals.

As the ideal candidate, you are not only a skilled communicator and content creator but also a data-driven strategist who understands how to turn insights into action. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams, and staying ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, customer support, etc.) to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Manage social media tools, calendars, and workflows to ensure consistent and efficient execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, organization, or agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and tone.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Creative, adaptable, and passionate about digital innovation and audience engagement.
