A leading tech company is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, experience in community management, and must be fluent in English, German, and French. This role promises to be collaborative and dynamic, aiming to enhance brand engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies and promotional plans; create and manage content calendars, and organize marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other key social channels.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated social media campaigns; lead the planning and production of creative assets, and conduct post-campaign performance analysis.
3. Manage and grow online communities (Facebook, Reddit, etc.), driving engagement and fostering active participation among followers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in the consumer product industry.
2. Deep understanding of global social media platforms, trends, and digital communication styles; hands-on experience managing major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
3. Strong knowledge of user behavior on social media; skilled in designing UGC campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
4. Excellent independent learning, critical thinking, and execution skills; proactive, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
5. Minimum 1 year of study/work experience in Europe or North America; fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong copywriting skills.
6. Additional Requirement: Proficiency in German and French is a must. Prior experience in community management and expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and other mainstream social platforms are essential.
