We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This person will support strategy and execution across a variety of music and festival projects, and help bring content to life on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support execution of social media content calendars across platforms
- Engage with community comments, messages, and relevant cultural conversations
- Assist in developing and creating lightweight content for platforms including TikTok
- Help prepare analytics reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Assist project leads with social media initiatives and day-to-day tasks
- Help manage approvals, deadlines, and asset delivery with clients and collaborators
- Research influencers and creators, and support influencer outreach and coordination
- Draft creative briefs and support the creative team in content development
WHO YOU ARE
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A self-starter who’s resourceful and takes initiative
- A clear and thoughtful communicator who works well with others
- Familiar with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook)
- Comfortable using Apple products and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere (basic knowledge is great; more is a plus)
- Passionate about music with baseline knowledge of artists and festivals we work with
- Eager to learn and grow within a creative and fast-paced environment
