We're looking for a highly creative and innovative content creator. As a key member of our brand and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content strategies that showcase our brand's personality, values, and mission. Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy for our events and corporate campaigns that align with our brand's goals and business objectives
• Create and curate high-quality social media content that resonates with our target audience
• Create inspiring live communication on social media for our live communication on-site
• Manage and optimize daily social media content across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust content accordingly
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes

This is a temporary contract of 12 months.


Your Profile
As a Social Media Content Creator, you manage your performance consistently and reliably. Lastly, you are ready to accept risks and take the necessary measures where required.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the area of social media incl. content planning on several channels, creative storytelling and live communication. Experience in agency work would be a plus
• Passion for technology driven topics and industries
• Great knowledge of current social media landscape, different channels, content, features. Certification in creative storytelling, content creation or a related field would be an advantage
• Very good experience with graphic design, video production, and photography
• Hands-on experience with content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and managing paid social media activities
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and data analysis
• A portfolio that showcases your outstanding content skills (images, photos, videos)
• Passion to travel across the globe
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively while thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of the English and German language, both written and spoken
