Qualifikationen

For one of our clients we are looking for a freelance Social Media Consultant with good knowledge of Sprinklr

Information about the project:
The aim of the project is the strategic development and content-related use of @o2cando's social media channels through comprehensive advice on editorial planning, creator selection and the conception of new formats and campaigns.

Specifications:
  1. Concept development for Instagram and Facebook social media channels @o2cando:
  • Advising the Social Media Content & Creator Communications team on editorial planning for Facebook & Instagram
  • Advising the Social Media Content & Creator Communications team on the selection of creators/influencers
  • Analysis of advertising materials and creation of correction loops with social media agencies
  • Reporting of social media measures with the tools Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr
  • Advice on the optimization of the strategic orientation of social media channels on Instagram and Facebook
2. Hardware marketing:
  • Advice on the creation of advertising cost subsidy (WKZ) campaigns with Telefónica's hardware partners
  • Preparation of briefing materials
  • Creation of marketing concepts for hardware promotions
  • Advice on the selection of suitable social media creators
  • Create reports with Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr
3. Advice on integrated marketing communication campaigns:
  • Advising the Social Media Content & Creator Communications team on the development of social media formats for the quarterly, major o2 advertising campaigns
  • Advising the Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d) in project management with regard to timing, budget and quality control
  • Reporting with Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr
  • Development and derivation of optimization potentials on the basis of the collected reports

  • Proven experience in the strategic development of social media channels for premium brands
  • Confident use of analytics tools such as Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr
  • Expertise in the creation of editorial plans and the development of marketing concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of creator and influencer marketing, including the selection of suitable personalities and the creation of briefs
  • Experience with the operation of relevant platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and threads with suitable content
  • Ability to analyze advertising materials and continuously measure the success of social media activities
  • Basic project management skills to monitor timings, budgets, and quality

Location: 100% remote possible, but we are always happy to visit one of the three major locations. Hamburg, Düsseldorf or Munich are therefore advantageous
