Deine Tätigkeiten:

1. Betreuung der Communities und Follower unserer bestehenden Kanäle (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube und LinkedIn), Erarbeitung von Posting-Ideen und eine plattform- sowie zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung der Inhalte und Themen.
2. Verantwortung dafür, dass unsere Marke und Produkte mit trend- und tonsicheren Inhalten auf allen relevanten Social-Media-Kanälen gut positioniert sind – auch durch eigene Auftritte vor der Kamera.
3. Strategische Ausrichtung unserer Social-Media-Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und internen Stakeholdern.
4. Identifikation und Pflege von Kooperationen mit Influencern und Content Creators.
5. Interne Information und Beratung zu Social Media, inklusive Trendvorstellung und KPI-Reporting.

Dein Profil:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich eines Unternehmens oder einer Agentur.
• Kreativer Umgang mit Sprache in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Spaß und Können im Umgang mit der (Smartphone-)Kamera sowie Content Creation Tools.
• Leidenschaft für neue Features, Formate und Kanäle sowie deren Mehrwert für das Unternehmen.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in Video- und Bildbearbeitung.
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Beratungskompetenz.
• Teamfähigkeit und Interesse am Aufbau interner und externer Netzwerke.
