ARMEDANGELS is seeking a Social Media Manager to keep our brand visible and relevant across channels. You will manage the monthly content calendar, brief content across formats, and run paid campaigns within budget parameters.

You will engage with our community, monitor KPIs, and translate insights into actions. German and English communication is essential in a hybrid work setting in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or a comparable role.
• Experience across 2–3 major social media platforms and understanding what content works where.
• Experience in content planning, community management, scheduling tools, analytics and basics of paid social.
• Strong sense for language, visuals, trends, community dynamics and brand storytelling.
• Structured, self-driven and data-informed work style; able to elevate strategic decisions or budgets when needed.
• Communicate well in German and English; experience coordinating budgets or campaign budgets.

Social Media Manager, you help keep ARMEDANGELS visible, relevant and close to our community across social media. You manage assigned channels with day-to-day independence and turn our brand messages into content that actually connects.

You plan content, manage publishing, run paid and boosted social campaigns within defined budget parameters and actively engage with our community. This role is not just about posting content. It is about shaping how our attitude, products and stories show up in ways that feel credible, culturally relevant and true to the brand.

With your sense for trends, platform dynamics, community feedback and performance data, you bring ideas forward, optimize ongoing activities and help ARMEDANGELS grow as a strong voice for responsible fashion.

What is the job about?

• You manage the monthly content calendar for your assigned social media channels, ensuring creative variety, posting consistency and strong brand alignment.
• You brief and conceptualize content across text, image, video and audio formats, working closely with Creative, Content, PR, Brand Campaigns and external creators.
• You plan and manage paid and boosted social campaigns on your platforms within the budget parameters set by the Senior or Lead.
• You monitor campaign and platform KPIs, optimize targeting, formats and spend allocation, and translate performance into actionable recommendations.
• You build and engage our community through active, authentic interaction, responding to comments and DMs while keeping a close eye on audience sentiment and feedback.
• You monitor trends, competitor content and platform updates, turn learnings into content ideas and format experiments, and prepare regular performance and trend insights for the team.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• You have around 2–4 years of experience in social media management or a comparable role.
• You are confident working across 2–3 major social media platforms and understand what type of content works where.
• You bring experience in content planning, community management, scheduling tools, analytics and the basics of paid social.
• You have a strong sense for language, visuals, trends, community dynamics and brand-led storytelling.
• You work in a structured, self-driven and data-informed way – and know when to elevate strategic decisions or budget topics to the Senior or Lead.
• You communicate very well in German and English and have first experience coordinating budgets or campaign budgets.
