Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamicCommunity Manager to build, engage, and nurture the Buchinger Wilhelmi online community across global markets. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, fostering lasting relationships, and generating authentic, engaging content. The Community Manager will act as the digital voice of the brand—curating and leading conversations across platforms to elevate Buchinger Wilhelmi’s position as the global leader in therapeutic fasting and integrative health.

Responsibilities
- Community engagement & brand loyalty (e.g., developing and implementing community initiatives from concept to execution)
- Social media, content & podcast (e.g., planning, creating, and publishing content (text, image, video) together with our content team)
- Influencer marketing & partnerships (e.g., identifying and managing relevant influencers and brand partners)
- Analytics, CRM & campaign optimization (monitoring and analyzing community data, growth, and sentiment)
- Reputation & crisis management (e.g., responding to comments, reviews, and inquiries on social media, Google, TripAdvisor, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience managing international social media channels and influencer collaborations
- Confident use of social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and software such as Hootsuite, Sprout, Later
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is an advantage
- Experience with analytics and reporting systems (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Passion for health, wellness, and a holistic lifestyle
- Excellent communication skills in German & English (spoken and written), French an advantage
- Empathetic, resilient, and team-oriented
- Creative with a flair for storytelling, imagery, and digital trends
- Structured, independent way of working with intercultural competence
- Experience working with demanding, international target groups (HNW)
