Translate social media conversations and digital trends into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders across the company
Monitor, analyze, and interpret social media and listening data using platforms like Netbase Quid or similar tools; turn findings into compelling reports and dashboards
Identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and content patterns to support campaign development and innovation
Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to deliver timely and relevant social insights for both ongoing and upcoming initiatives
Contribute to pitches and client presentations with clear, data-driven storytelling
Continuously evaluate and test new social listening and analytics tools to enhance our insight capabilities
Stay on top of developments in the creator economy and influencer marketing landscape to help shape internal strategies
University degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in market research, data analysis, and social media marketing
Proven analytical skills with hands-on experience in data visualization and interpretation using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, or a strong willingness to deepen technical skills in this area
Advanced proficiency in social media tracking and listening tools such as Meltwater, Netbase Quid, or comparable platforms
Solid understanding of Generative AI tools and their application in analytics and content strategy
In-depth knowledge of the creator economy and a strong grasp of current social media trends and platform dynamics
Full professional fluency in both German and English, spoken and written
High level of adaptability and drive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile work environment
